I'm thinking of buying the Hellraiser box-set (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hellraiser-Puzzle-Box-Andrew-Robinson/dp/B0002MGZAA/sr=8-1/qid=1162598873/ref=pd_ka_1/026-1640470-0450042?ie=UTF8&s=dvd) and I wonder if anyone knows if it's worth the money, I'm not buying it from Amazon though. It costs around $69 in Sweden.

It's a good set, but the design is pretty p*ss-poor. I bought one, but once you open it, it doesn't sit very well. I ended up selling that one on eBay, (at a tidy profit!), and then bought another one, plus the digipack version. My new puzzle box remains factory sealed on my shelf. Looks good.

Aww… I hate when it's bad quality stuff. But I'll probably buy it anyways.

I see Amazon.co.uk has it for £17.99. That's not too bad.

Not really. But now I'm more into the Texas Chain Saw Massacre the Ultimate edition, it looks really nice.

Yeah, i got that one too. The puzzle box is more likely to go OOP faster though. I'd grab that one first, and get Chainsaw later. Although, DDD has a 20% off sale going right now!

Well, I'll think of it. I'm glad that the puzzle box is region 2 though, that's the problem with TCSM the ultimate edition. I only have one region 1 movie now and that's Reservoir Dogs so I have to test if I can play it on my DVD-player.

To be honest the box set was a disappointment, i would recommend owning the standard dvd`s and if you so desire, purchasing a replica puzzle box(if you are so inclined) or if you are not in a position at present to own the series, purchase standard dvd`s and with the remaining funds purchase one or more wooden Chinese puzzle boxes, spheres and lattice constructs,(though not in keeping within the marketing, you will expend a sizable amount of time transfixed until you solve them and your funds may be better utilised this way.
