I was not impressed with Doom at all. Never been a fan of slashers, other than Halloween..so that leaves Jason X out, for me. Never seen It, Scream, or Hellraiser. (Hellraiser is a tad on the creepy side for me....kinda have a thing about demons) So that leaves Resident Evil. The third one was my favorite..but really. I don't like zombie movies at all, and for me to say the series was good..must mean it's pretty darn good.
